Shipping & Delivery
Do you deliver all over Pakistan?
Yes, we offer delivery to all cities and towns in Pakistan.
Which courier services do you use?
We ship via Call Courier and Leopards Courier for reliable and fast delivery.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 3 to 6 working days depending on your location.
Is there any shipping fee?
Shipping is free on selected products or promotions. Otherwise, a standard delivery fee may apply and will be shown at checkout.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD). For returns/refunds, we may use JazzCash or EasyPaisa.
Is there any advance payment required?
In most cases, COD is available. However, for some high-value or customized orders, we may request advance confirmation.
Do you offer installment or partial payment options?
No, we do not offer installment or partial payment plans at this time.
Return & Refund
Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes. You must send an unboxing video within 1 hour of delivery to request a return or exchange.
What are the conditions for a return?
The product must be unused, in original packaging, and you must share a clear unboxing video. Without a video, we cannot accept returns.
How do I receive a refund?
Refunds (if approved) are processed via JazzCash or EasyPaisa within 5–7 working days.
